What’s the Buzz?

Hope you are all settling into the working from home environment. It will be a different way of working for sure but a good way to keep the engagement going with your residents and ratepayers.

Thought we would try and do a regular update for you with tips on getting the best out of your Buzzit community engagement publications and posts. And also reminding you of the other communication, graphic, branding and marketing expertise that we offer.

What’s the Buzz?

Coronavirus lockdown

Keeping in touch with your residents and ratepayers and stakeholders is vital during this time.

So use the Email Campaign function of your Buzzit platform to send your subscribers a wee note of assurance and encouragement. Let them know what services and functions they can access and maybe offer some ideas on things to do during lockdown to keep a sense of community alive.

Check out our video tutorial on using the Email Campaign function to remind yourself on how to use it.

And can I suggest you have a look at Westland District Council – they are using the Newsletter Campaign function to send messages & flipbooks to their subscribers during the Coronavirus lockdown. You can view their communications and subscribe to their email database here.

We of course all work from our respective homes. Mark is based in Golden Bay during the lockdown but also works out of Snells Beach when grandparent duty calls. Kiriana (graphic design, publications and Buzzit operation) is based in Christchurch; Leigh (graphic design, publications) works out of Nelson and Michael (Buzzit development and maintenance) is in Christchurch.

Recent work

We have just finished developing a series of documents for Tararua District Council.

It has been an excellent project to work on as Council is looking to involve as many residents and ratepayers as possible in the District’s future.

If you would like us to assist in your document production, just let Mark know and he will be in touch.
